Do the crystals heal, protect, or bring luck?

No. Qumiralen does't make medical, spiritual, or metaphysical claims. We believe a natural stone holds the intention or meaning you give it—a personal promise, a new beginning, or a mindful pause. That meaning is entirely yours.

How does Customer choose the right bracelet?

How does sizing work?

Each Qumiralen bracelet is crafted with a hand-tied sliding knot, allowing it to adjust smoothly to fit most wrist sizes comfortably—wear it closer to the skin or slightly looser as you prefer.

How should customer care for my bracelet?

Natural stones and silk-blend cords are delicate and soft. To preserve their luster and strength, avoid wearing your bracelet in the shower, pool, or while exercising. Keep it away from perfume, hand creams, and chemicals, and store it flat when not in use.

Are the gemstones natural?

Yes. Qumiralen selects genuine natural crystals and gemstones. Because each stone is naturally formed, slight variations in color, tone, and internal inclusions are normal and make each bracelet unique.

 Shipping & Delivery 

How long does order processing and shipping take?

We prepare and hand-pack each order within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery estimates depend on your destination country and will be displayed at checkout. Normall it will take about 10-15 days or so.

How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to trace its journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Qumiralen ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

 Returns, Exchanges & Orders 

Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes. Unworn, undamaged products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our support team before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We aim to process orders quickly. If you need to update your address or cancel an order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before it is dispatched.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
