Refund policy

If a bracelet is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition. Because these are bracelets worn on the skin, we cannot accept pieces that show wear, fragrance, or damage from water or lotion.

How to start a return

Email wudan912@gmail.com before you send the bracelet back. Tell us your order number and whether you would like a refund. We will reply with the return address and next step.

Shipping and refunds

Unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, return shipping is paid by the buyer. After we receive and check the return, the refund goes back to the original payment method. Shipping charges from the original order are refunded only when the return is due to our error.
